Operation SupervisionThis system provides a channel for employees of railway operating organizations to report, so that the government can stay on top of all the unsafe or safety-concerned incidents that are not mandatory to be notified, and hope that railway operating organizations can be urged to take necessary corrective measures in a timely manner.
